A response should be received with in 24 hours. This response may involve an email or a phone call if you do not have email. You will be sent Consent and Intake forms. Please review and sign our Counseling Consent Form and complete our Intake Form. This will expedite the scheduling of your appointment. The Consent form explains our internal counseling polices and the Intake Form give us more information about the issue you would like to discuss.
