ANOTHER PRAISE REPORT!

Hello Karen,

 

I have been discussing the benefits of making a life change with my eating habits with my Dr. and now he wants to see it. I have packed my food log in storage because I am moving is there any way that you could email the nutrition information to me so I can get it to my Doctor. My Dr. is amazed that changing my eating habits worked better that Lyrica, Cymbalta, or what ever masking symptom pill he gave ha ha ha. He obviously doesn't know the Lord and how simple He is but as long as I am his patient he will be informed how great our God is.

 I wanted to take a moment to thank you and Tony for being obedient to the Lord because if you weren't my life would not be the same. Let me explain when I started the nutrition plan I didn't just take your word for it. I checked everything you said against my own research. Which included following the plan exactly then stopping to see how my body would react. I can't ever remember feeling so close to death it was horrible. I am still recovering  from the insomnia returned joint pain, vision impaired and so much more. The one thing that shocked me the most was my ability to hear the Lord speak to me was impaired when I shoved what ever in my mouth. Instead of moving as the Lord directed I was filled with doubt and fear and confusion which I knew was not of God. I was killing my temple literally. I didn't get to 300 + lbs. over night and I can't lose it overnight either. I have lost 40 lbs. and 15 inches. It's hard work retraining my mind and body to be in alignment with the Lord. I'm sure I will have my cheat days but those will be planned or days that I just lose it but I am confident that will never be my lifestyle again. I can't afford to pay someone to motivate me to do something the Lord has already commanded me to do. That's just lazy.  I don't want to take to much more of your time so again thank you.
