Women will find that hula is a fun physical workout and they can be spiritually challenged through devotions and accountibility.

During this time the Hebrews expressed celebration through sacred dances on anniversaries and special occasions. The Hebrews, like other ancient people had their sacred dances, which were performed on their solemn anniversaries and other great occasions observing divine favor from the Lord. At this time David was an older king, but this action of dance symbolized his joy, devotion and appreciation for God.
VISION STATEMENT:
To worship our Lord and Creato,r Jesus Christ, in the spirit (mana) and truth of Polynesian Dance through dance and mele.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The purpose of the Hula Praise Ministry of the Rock is to worship God through song and dance.
We are women from all ages, seasons and cultures, various backgrounds coming together for fellowship and to learn the art hula dance. Our focus is to let God lead this ministry and what He has revealed to us.
The ministry is compatible with the vision statement of the Rock Church primarily focusing to equip individuals to become a powerful force that evangelizes nonbelievers from every walk of life. We want to motivate the Ohnan to serve the Lord Jesus Christ with a commitment to share the gospel through dance and music.
