Convalescent Home Ministry (Lifeline)

Our purpose is to communicate God’s self-revelation with a vision for leading the lost in convalescent homes, retirement homes, and special care facilities to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

"Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their time of need, and to keep one’s self unspotted from the world." James 1:27

Lifeline Ministry reaches in to those who can’t reach out.

The sick and elderly are often the most neglected people within our community. Many are forgotten by their families, treated poorly, left to die – alone. Not the way Jesus intended. These people are truly the widows and orphans of our time.

If you’re looking to experience true religion as defined by the Bible, it’s time to give Lifeline a try. You can serve in any of the following areas, and more! Anyone with a willing heart to serve God is welcome; no experience needed:

• Lead or assist with a Bible study
• Play an instrument or sing
• Evangelize
• Read to individuals
• Pray

All of us are called to care for each other. Jesus speaks on caring for one another this way: Matthew 25:40 “And the King will answer and say to them, ‘ Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to the to one of the least of these, My brethren, you did it to Me’”. This is a great way for anyone to serve God in a meaningful way, while learning how to walk out your Christianity.
