Getting Involved...

So you want to help out and get involved with the photoministry.  Great!  

We would encourage you to go to the Rock website www.therocksandiego.org/about  and look over what the Rock believes.  We want to make sure everyone involved is on the same page as to what we believe.  We want everyone involved to be in a Small Group and to have finished Boot Camp.  www.therocksandiego.org/smallgroups      www.therocksandiego.org/bootcamp                              

Once you have done these things...               

Find a ministry to serve in,  one that allows you to use your spiritual gifts to the fullest, and get involved.   Committ to serving in that ministry for at least 6 months, then, if you still want to get involved in the photoministry.... contact us and we can help you become the "official" photographer of the ministry you've been  involved in.

The Rock has a ministry for you,  www.therocksandiego.org/army , we want everyone involved in the photoministry to be serving in a ministry first.  Since the Rock is a church of believers motivated to use our gifts to impact our community with the Gospel of Christ,  we feel strongly that we all serve first and shoot second.  

Get involved and get blessed!

• If you have been trained professionally and have technical expertise with photoediting, photoshop, digital manipulation and traditional film (color/b&w) techniques...and would like to share your knowledge with the Rock Church,  please email us. 
• If you are a professional photographer we want to hear from you as well.  The Rock is a big church and we want to promote photographers who call the Rock their home.
