Altar Call

“Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another, just as you also are doing.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11

The purpose of the Altar-Call/Prayer Ministry is to minister to those that come forward for personal prayer, rededication to the Lord or first-time commitments.

The time spent with those that come forward is extremely important in helping them understand their commitment to Christ and how they can get connected into our church family. It will also help you, as a counselor, to grow in your relationship with the Lord as you share biblical truths to those that come forward.

You do not have to know everything. You just need to have a willing and teachable heart!

Before you can become part of the Altar Call Team you will need to attend a 3 hour training session, broken up into two segments and an observation process. To find out if God is calling you to this ministry and investing 3 hours please visit the Altar Call room and ask the leader about doing a First Serve.
