Sunday, November 22nd -Running booth outside of church at all 5 services. Stop by & say hi or help volunteer and recruit more people to our running ministry.

 
Thursday, November 26th –Father Joe Thanksgiving Day 5k Run/Walk. Sign up at www.thanksgivingrun.org and list the team name as The Rock. Meet at north side of the fountain (near race start) at 7:30am. Race starts at 8am. Wear Rock shirt if you have one. Family & friends are welcomed! Text or call me if you need help finding us.

 
Tuesday, December 8th –Info Meeting about our Running Ministry at The Rock on the 3rd floor in the Junior High Room. Dinner at Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza after meeting.

 
Thursday, January 21st –Running 101 clinic after the run.
