Care and Concern Ministry - This is a ministry that provides support, guidance and resources for individuals who are in difficult times, through the love and wisdom of Christ. Contact Carletta Vicain at 619.764.5119 or email her at carletta.vicain@therocksandiego.org. She is also the contact for Lay Counseling.

Helping Hands - There are volunteers able/willing to respond to requests for assistance from our single parent families. (Areas such as Light Carpentry, Painting, Moving, Minor Car Repair - just to name a few.) If your family is in need, please contact Connie at singleparentfamily@therocksandiego.org or 619.226.7625.

Need Prayer? You may have cares and needs in your life for which prayer and help from the Lord is needed. The Rock Prayer Team is here to pray for you.
