SPRING�SESSION OF SISTERS IN CHRIST

All women of The Rock are invited to attend Sisters In Christ. Our next session will be on Wednesday nights starting�March 5th through�April 30th from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in room #232 on the 2nd floor of our new building located at 2277 Rosecrans St. in Pt. Loma.�Please note that the building is air conditioned so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.� Childcare will be provided. Feel free to invite a friend.

Sisters In Christ includes worship, bible studies, testimonies or ministry speakers, classes (both spiritual and practical) with light refreshments and fellowship every week.

CURRENT CLASSES:
Please note that some classes may require the purchase of a book which will be used in the class.� Books may be purchased in Rockpile or online.�

A�Passage Through Grief led by Janet Mc Auliffe��A�passage through grief offers healing opportunities for�various forms of loss through journaling.�There is a book for this�class $10.00�

Scale Down led by Yvonne Zimmerman�� Learn how to accomplish a healthier lifestyle and lasting happiness from the inside out.�There is a book for this class $35.00

Reflection Session led by Caroline Epps�� This class will allow women to go deeper into the main message taught by Karen Stevens.� The class will be a time of reflection, Bible Study, and prayer to soak in Karen's message deeper and build relationships with others.

Pearls led by Rita Diaz�� Such as a grain of sand that is formed to a precious pearl, so much more are you in God�s hands.

The Love Life of a Christian Wife led by Marion Birdine

The group will be focused on the married woman and her attitude about intimacy with her husband. The group's goal is to be a safe place to discuss questions on intimacy that we all have but no one seems to be talking about. Sex is an important part of marriage and I would like to focus on life and life more abundantly in this regard.

There will be excerpt taken from each book and applied/paralleled with the Bible. This will be an open forum type of group setting... some lecture mostly open with lots of application homework. The cost for the class is $0 but participants will be required to purchase The 5 Love Languages book, a journal and pen.
