On Tuesday, August 21st, the Rock Church & Academy held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in celebration of the completion of our new home at Liberty Station. The staff of the Rock Church & Academy were joined by some of those who helped make the transformation of Bldg 94 possible. Pastor Miles shared the story of how God brought him to NTC-Liberty Station...and how the Rock is going to now use Bldg 94 to Save, Equip & Send out soul-winners for Christ.

The Men of the Rock who are part of Brothas and Ironmen gathered with their families for a time of fellowship, food, and worship at Fiesta Island. It was a great time for the men and their families to relax and enjoy the beautiful evening together.

5000ft in the mountains above LA, the SHM students had a week to enjoy God's creation & get to know Him better. At the same time, enjoying swimming, zip-lines & paintballing...to name just a few of the activities they enjoyed. It was a great week! If you are in high school, SHM is the place for you.

Built 2 Survive was the theme for the SHM Camp this summer. It was such a great week that we needed 2 galleries inorder to fit all the pics... Danny Ray came and amazed the students with his card tricks & illusions, King David shared what it means to be a Chirst-ian, and Pastor Miles visited as well, sharing His passion & vision for the Rock and how the SHM students fit into that plan.

The Men of the Rock gathered once again at On the Border for breakfast and the Word. Spiritual Active Duty was the message Chaplain Paul Kim, of the U.S. Navy, shared with the men that morning. It was a powerful morning filled with the Good News of what God is doing through Chaplain Kim & other men of faith in our military. Praise God for those who are ministering to our troops on the front lines.

The galleries are made possible by a collective effort from a team of photographers that make up the Photo Ministry. Their work is very much appreciated and, evidenced by their work, very well done.
