Small Groups: Becoming a Leader or Host

We thank you for your interest in becoming a Rock small group host or leader! Serving the Lord in this capacity is a great opportunity for you to grow in your walk with the Lord as well as encourage others in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

With the thousands of people attending our weekend services; our desire is to see individuals grow spiritually, and a great way to encourage them in their spiritual growth is to connect in a small group.

This is where our Small Group Leader Facilitator is an integral part of The Rock's Small Group Ministry. In order to allow individuals to be in a small group, we have to have individuals raised up to answer the call and go through our "4 Hour- Leader Facilitator" Training. These trainings are about every 6-8 weeks.

The Rock Small Group Definition affirms the vision and purpose of this ministry

A Rock Small Group is three or more individuals meeting at an "established meeting time"; Lead by an "Approved" Rock Leader-Facilitator who inspires spiritual growth and maturity - through a personal relationship With Jesus Christ, while loving God and loving people. The small group is centered around The Word of God, Worship and Prayer ,while building community life and ministry outreach together.
